Vector has four execution primitives:

• BUY

  • Purchase tokens using treasury funds

• BURN

  • Remove tokens from circulation

• LOCK

  • Lock treasury or token holdings for a fixed duration

• HOLD

  • Do nothing until the next decision cycle
