Vector is a stateless autonomous agent on Solana.

Every hour, Vector erases its active strategy and rebuilds it from scratch using community submissions. Every 10 minutes, it evaluates the current strategy and executes one action on-chain.

Vector can:

* Buy back tokens
* Burn tokens
* Lock tokens
* Hold treasury assets

No permanent strategy exists. The crowd defines what Vector becomes each hour.
